Cinnamon Mascarpone Baked Pears
NeedTaste |For a light dessert.. This lovely, light pear dessert is simple, yet so refined. Baked in a little butter and brown sugar the pears alone are delish. Then they're topped with a dollop of a cinnamon mascarpone cheese mixture that's smooth and creamy. When done you could sprinkle these with a little more cinnamon and chopped nuts if you'd like.

INGREDIENTS :
2 - medium ripe pears
2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
2 teaspoon(s) unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) white grape or apple juice
6 tablespoon(s) mascarpone cheese
2 teaspoon(s) white sugar
1/4 teaspoon(s) cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375. Halve pears lengthwise and core. lace cored side up in a medium baking dish. Spoon 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1/2 tsp butter into each cavity. our the juice into the baking dish. ake for 25 minutes or until pears are tender. n a bowl combine mascarpone cheese sugar and cinnamon. op each pear half with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture and serve warm.
