1 can(s) evaporated skim milk (12 oz)
3/4 cup(s) egg substitute (or 3 egg whites)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spices
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2/3 cup(s) Splenda (or sugar to taste)
- sugar-free whipped topping
1 can(s) evaporated skim milk (12 oz)
3/4 cup(s) egg substitute (or 3 egg whites)
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3 teaspoon(s) pumpkin pie spices
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
2/3 cup(s) Splenda (or sugar to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS :
Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. our into a 9 sprayed pie pan. ake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then at 325 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. ool completely. Add a generous dollop of whip topping and enjoy
