Easter Bunny Mashed Potatoes
NeedTaste |If you have kids that don't like veggies, try this one at Easter dinner. The Easter Bunny sells carrots that are yellow & orange at Trader Joes-or just use regular orange ones. This makes a very pretty and colorful side dish for Easter or any dinner.. These potatoes are nice and creamy with a pop of sweetness from the carrots. We love the added color the carrots give this dish too. This would make a great side dish with any Easter dinner.
