INGREDIENTS :
1/2 small onion
2 small tomatoes
1 small jalapeno
DRESSING
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) rice wine vineagar
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon(s) splenda or white sugar
2 small tomatoes
1 small jalapeno
DRESSING
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 tablespoon(s) rice wine vineagar
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon(s) splenda or white sugar
INSTRUCTIONS :
Coarsely chop or dice onions and tomatoes. Seed the jalapeno and dice finely. You can put the seed in too if you want it a little spicier. ix dressing ingredients together until well combined. Pour dressing over vegetables and stir together gently.
