Garlic-Bacon Cheese Log
NeedTaste |What a tasty cheese ball Can't wait to serve this one the next time I have my girlfriends over. The combination of cheeses and bacon adds great flavor. I loved the crunch that the nuts added. Yummy . I just kinda made this one up, but it sure is tasty and goes over well at parties and holiday gatherings. I use something I find at Krogers called Pub Cheese (sharp cheddar variety) but any cheddar cheese spread would work. You can make this into any shape you like such as a cheese ball instead of a log. At Halloween time I make it into a spider using pretzels for legs and pickled onion and black olives for eyes. Serve with whatever crackers you prefer and enjoy this pretty appetizer
