INGREDIENTS :
2 package(s) cream cheese
softened
8 oz each
1 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 cup(s) shredded Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1 can(s) chopped green chilies
4 oz.
1 can(s) sliced jalapenos (double if you like heat)
4 oz.
1 cup(s) Panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
1/2 stick(s) butter
melted
softened

INSTRUCTIONS :
In a food processor add the first 6 ingredients and process until smooth. You do not need to drain either can of peppers. pread the dip into a greased 2-qt casserole. n a bowl mix bread crumbs Parmesan cheese and melted butter mix well. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over the dip. ake in a preheated 375 oven for about 20 minutes. The top should be browned and the dip heated through. O NOT OVER COOK THIS DISH OR THE MAYONNAISE WILL SEPARATE erve with buttery cracker or a sliced French baguette.
