INGREDIENTS :
3 tablespoon(s) lime juice
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 cup(s) cooked turkey
coarsely chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
1 package(s) 10 ounce large tortilla chips
I used the blue corn organic chips
1 can(s) 16 fluid ounces refried beans
2 cup(s) shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cup(s) salsa
- sour cream
- cilantro
fresh

INSTRUCTIONS :
Heat oven to 425u00b0F. Whisk together lime juice olive oil cumin and garlic powder. dd turkey to large/medium bowl. Toss mixture with turkey in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. ake a layer of tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a large 12 to 14-inch round or oval baking dish. I used a 9 x 13 pyrex baking dish Evenly spoon refried beans over chips. op with turkey. prinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Make another layer of tortilla chips. poon half the salsa evenly over chips. Top with remaining cup of cheese. ake nachos 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts and begins to bubble. erve hot with remaining salsa sour cream and cilantro if desired.
