Oven Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

If you want it much hotter, just add more Frank's sauce to the butter before dipping. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Make sure you put the flour wings and refrigerate them. That is what makes them crispy when they cook... the big secret.. Baking chicken wings is an easy way to save a few calories while not sacrificing flavor. The sauce on these baked wings definitely has a kick. But, it's not too spicy to enjoy. The skin turns nice and crispy (you won't miss the deep frying in this recipe).
