INGREDIENTS :
1/4 cup(s) cold water
1 tablespoon(s) unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup(s) Splenda
2 large eggs
2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon(s) rum extract
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
3/4 cup(s) boiling water
2 cup(s) ice water
1 cup(s) powdered fat-free milk
- reduced fat whip cream
if desired

INSTRUCTIONS :
In a blender combine the cold water and gelatin. Let it sit for a couple of minutes. Add powdered milk Splenda eggs vanilla rum extract cinnamon and nutmeg. lend on low for 30 seconds. Add the boiling water. lend for another 30 seconds on low until gelatin is dissolved. dd ice water. lend on high for 2 minutes. prinkle cinnamon on top and a reduced fat whip cream on each serving.
