Tater Tot Casserole
NeedTaste |Very kid-friendly, this is a classic tater tot casserole. With one pound of ground meat and a few other ingredients, you can easily feed a family. Switch up the veggies with what you prefer. We opted for ground beef, but ground turkey would be great too. The soup mixture adds a creaminess that mixes with the tater tots. A weeknight meal that's perfect for a busy parent. If there is any left at the end of the meal, it heats up well for leftovers the next day.. My kids love this. The more tater tots and cheese I put in it, the better.

INGREDIENTS :
1 pound(s) ground beef or turkey
browned
seasoned & drained
2-3 cup(s) canned (drained) or frozen vegetable of choice green beans
corn
peas or mixed vegetables (optional)
2 pound(s) frozen tater tots
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1 1/2 cup(s) milk
8-12 ounce(s) cheddar cheese
shredded
browned

INSTRUCTIONS :
Spread meat into a 13x9 greased casserole dish. t this point you can add a layer of your optional vegetable of choice. ombine the soups and milk. over vegetables with tater tots. Pour soup/milk sauce evenly over the tater tots. ake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. dd the cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes.
